Abstract

Unic Leisure TransTour is one of the bus company appointed by the UUM to serve students for better services through designated routes. Students have their right to demand for efficient and effective transport services while studying in the campus .This research aims to understand the effectiveness of bus services among students in the campus and was conducted through observation and questionnaires.The survey involved with 400 students in the campus which used the bus services in their daily activities.The research explored the effectiveness of bus services as dependent variable (DV) while the three (3) are drivers attitude and behavior, schedule reliability and services quality as the independent variables. Quantitative approaches will be adopted to obtain the data within the context of bus services. Questionnaire was the main instruments for the study and it was gathered and analyzed. Data analysis was conducted by using descriptive analysis (mean and standard deviation), reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regressions.It also analyzes the problem of student‘s complaints about the quality of bus services, attitudes of the bus drivers, behavior and reliability of the scheduled. The findings of the research would help for future implementation for the universities in making for a better strategic plan and attract more students to use bus services that provided.
