Abstract
This study aimed to examine the moderating effects of personality, attitudes, leadership on the relationship between market orientation and business performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Purwokerto Province, Indonesia.To test the models, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used.Among the softwares used to assist the analysis in this study were AMOS 21.0, SPSS 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2007. The sample size of this research was 150 owners/managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Purwokerto province, Indonesia.The result showed personality, attitudes, leadership moderated the effects on the relationship between market orientation and business performance of SMEs.
