Abstract

E-resources services provided by PSB library UUM has been one of the major topics discussed by the students in UUM. This study reports the results of a survey of student satisfaction with the E-resources services provided by the Sultanah Bahiyah Library of UUM. This paper also studies the influences that the technology acceptance factors have on students’ satisfaction with the E-resources. This study highlights the following objectives: (1) to investigate the relationship between perceived ease of use and user satisfaction; (2) to investigate the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction, (3) to investigate the relationship between perceived enjoyment and user satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods to obtain data from the undergraduate students from STML of Universiti Utara Malaysia. The results discussed in this study are derived from the survey questionnaire.
