Abstract

This study aimed at assessing the association of QMPs (Quality Management Practices) with organizational performance. This study also examined the level of QMPs and measured the level of organizational performance in the retail industry of Sungai Siput (U), Perak in Malaysia. The sample size of study was 30 retailers. Quantitative approach was implemented in this research. The findings show that QMPs have positive impact on organizational performance. In light of these findings, the study provided some recommendations for future research.
