Abstract

Autism is a complex neurobehavioral condition that includes impairments in social interaction and developmental language and communication skills combined with rigid, repetitive behaviours. Children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) are usually having trouble in communication and understanding how others think and feel. This has causes difficulty in expressing themselves to others not only by words but also gestures, facial expressions and even touch. As the newly Augmented Reality technology has proven enable to immerse the children to learn, we proposed MARA-ASD an Argumented Reality application that contain educational materials to promote the understanding of good behaviour among ASD children. This application was built following few principles that seems suitable for ASD children.
