Abstract
This article describes a statistical study of students' performance in mathematics.The objective of this study is to explores factors that influence student performance in Business Mathematics course at UiTM Kedah.Primary data were collected by distributing direct questionnaire to hundred students in UiTM Kedah enrolled in the Business Mathematics course. A factor analysis yielded four factors which are interest, role of the teacher, peers and attitude.
