Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept, formation and the components of Malaysia‘s destination image.This paper examines theoretical concepts, through summarising and reviewing previous research in the field that includes the methods used to measure image of a destination.This study aims to make a contribution by extending the Echtner and Ritchie‘s (1991, 1993) approach to measure the destination image of Malaysia.
