Abstract

Over time, organizational commitment has been studied by many scholars because of its importance to the organization.Despite the increase in attention given to the study of workplace commitment, there is still some unanswered question with regard to the relationship between informational fairness and organizational commitment.This paper discusses the relationship and influence of informational justice on the commitment of lecturers towards the institution based on a quantitative study.The result of the study indicates that there was a strong relationship and a significant influence of justice on information sharing towards organizational commitment of lecturers.
