Abstract

The summary review of this research work it is as follows here, the main purpose of this study is to analysis the assessment of the factors that impact of human resources practice on job satisfaction among the academics staffs of University College Insaniah. There are some factors that examined in this study work, which are : Mainly some factors influenced job satisfaction opportunity, human resources planning, recruitment and selections, compensations and performance appraisal. The staffs were obtained from the human resource department of the University for this purpose, it consist just view department, which are: Muamalat, Multimedia,Hospitality and others, the staffs consist of 45 Malaysian, 1 Indonesian and 1 Bangladesh, and others 3 academics staffs. There were males and females staffs employed by Insaniah.Primary data was used in this study, Primary data referred to information that is first obtained by the researcher on the variables of interest for specific purpose of the study. For the purpose of this study, primary data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaire to all the academics staffs of Insaniah.
