Abstract

Hisbah in Islamic Education teacher are process-oriented character control al-'amr bi al-ma'ruf wa al-nahy 'an al-munkar. Applying hisba in Islamic Education teachers aims to change a person's character and behavior into a more positive direction to achieve certain goals in life and develop the full potential of human beings.That mean, hisba-teachers have effort to crucial in ensuring students successfully implement syariah of Islam by perfect human personality according to al-Quran and al-Sunnah. Hisba-teacher are also important in building awareness of the character, especially in the early stages of adolescence are often faced with a crisis of self-identity, and most of them especially vulnerable to the social phenomena that are not as healthy as involved with issues of discipline and misconduct.This article explains the connection of practice hisba-teacher and high school student discipline problems. The findings indicate that hisba-teacher should be enhanced with emphasis on appreciation of the moral values of Islam in the lives of students. Finally, moral awareness through hisba-teacher is a very important a p t of socialization in order to affect the identity of the student application al'amr bi al-ma'ruf wa al-nahy 'an al-munkar can seek to establish consistent properties in discipline also to empowerment the self-hisba as moral awareness toward excellent achievement in self family, country and religion.
