Abstract

Green kaizen for sustainability defined as improvement for reduce cost and reduce waste but can get good quality of operation in organization. Among of benefit green kaizen for sustainability is to make improvements to low-cost solutions, empowering employees, and development of organizational culture.The objective this research is identify importance to kaizen for sustainability this practiced in the manufacturing industry, to explore the type of activities carried on in the manufacturing industry that practiced kaizen approach to sustainability and to evaluate the effectiveness of kaizen found in the manufacturing industry.The scope of this study is to investigate sustainability for kaizen at manufacturing industry Kedah.The data will be collected through qualitative as interview.From of this study will bring awareness to the organization and can be used as a guideline to practice kaizen to sustainability in an industry. So, can help organizations to manage the best strategy to get more profit and at the same time can reduce waste.
