Abstract

The housing industries an importance sector for built develop and developing country that are driving to works conducive standard of living for their citizen.The citizens include both local and foreigner.However, there are many factors against foreigner ownership of housing properties in most country.Malaysia is want of that country experiencing low contribution of foreigner in housing estate particularly properties.There for, this study we explore on factors influencing foreign potential buyers in Malaysia housing industry especially, on Kubang Pasu housing. This study we make use of quantitative research approach by administrating of selfadmitted questionnaire to foreign potential buyers of Kubang Pasu housing. The outcome of the study will serve as a base to improve the housing industry by both government and developers
