Abstract

There are many documented case studies of Six Sigma application, where improvement in process and reduce defect significantly. Most of organization that implemented Six Sigma is supported with ISO quality management system.However, ISO QMS may lack of emphasis on continuous improvement.Thus, the purpose of this paper is to study the integration of Six Sigma and ISO quality management system (QMS) to achieve large-scale improvement towards robust process measured and minimum defect in products
