Abstract
This study empirically investigates the end users satisfaction level on Learning Management System (LMS) that was implemented in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).The LMS is known as UUM Learning Zone.This study was conducted through survey on 100 respondents using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) instrument namely; content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness to measure user satisfaction.The findings indicate that the respondents satisfied with content, accuracy and format of the UUM Learning Zone.Surprisingly, the respondents are not satisfied with ease of use and timeliness of UUM Learning Zone.The finding is expected to serve as feedback for the developer to further improve Learning Zone.
