Abstract

Legal domain has become one of the artificial intelligence (AI) researches interest for several decades started end of 1970’s. Numbers of legal expert systems have been studied and developed in various application domains.However, for future anticipation and motivation among researchers, a systematic literature review (SLR) must be conducted to critically analyse and summarize existing legal expert systems. Therefore, this paper will developed systematic literature review protocol for exploring existing legal expert systems. Consequently, this protocol will be implemented as a guideline when conducting SLR. The expected outcome of this SLR will be the critical analysis of the existing legal expert systems.
