Abstract

The concept paper investigates the association of business strategy and organizational learning on organizational performance in context of hotel industry in Malaysia.This study provides literature reviews regarding hybrid competitive strategy, organizational learning on organizational performance.This paper reveals that organizational learning as a strategic tool between hybrid competitive strategy and performance link. Finally, this paper provides several significant discussions and conclusion to the scholars and practitioners pertaining the strategy, organizational learning and performance nexus.
