Abstract

This paper sought to determine factor influencing students of public secondary school in Malaysia perceive entrepreneurship as a career and whether they would want to pursue a career in entrepreneurship upon completion of school.This paper examines three component (intention, exposure, and culture & morality) to influence students inspire to be an entrepreneur.Data for this study was obtained by use of a questionnaire administered to randomly selected students of public secondary school in Malaysia.They were 1011 respondents who comprised of both male and female students.The research revealed 10 percent students had inspire to be an entrepreneur.This study also suggested with recommendation introduce entrepreneur curriculum as a syllabus at secondary school level as an effort to increased students intention of becoming entrepreneur.
