Abstract

Online learning had a major impact on higher education and this trend is continuously increasing. Besides student, lecturers are also main users of online learning. Thus, this research aims to determine lecturers’ satisfaction and factors affected satisfaction as well as to determine the aspect that needed to be improved in UUM online learning. A quantitative methodology was adopted in this study. As a result, lecturers’ satisfaction was at a moderate level. Usefulness and functionality were found out that would affect the satisfaction among lecturers. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of this field, future researches are recommended to study on another measure and to increase the sampling size.
