Abstract
This study aimed to identify the factors that influence the student satisfaction on online learning among STML (School of Technology Management and Logistics) of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Sintok, Kedah. A total of 100 students, selected from STML students specializing in Operation Management, Technology Management and, Logistics and Transportation Management who have used online learning participated in this study. By using quantitative research method, the data is collected through questionnaires, contains 41 items using a Likert scale. The findings show that the level of student satisfaction of online learning is slightly more influenced by the benefits of use or usefulness which students obtain from online earning as well as enhances the effectiveness of learning and saving time. Hence, this study provides important information for future research to create the other factors that can investigate at other universities in order to improve the online learning system effectiveness.
