Abstract

E-commerce activity has one of the most popular activities in University Utara Malaysia (UUM). This is because students in UUM will be more convenient to do online shopping for their daily use or groceries. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine how UUM infrastructure can support e-commerce activities in UUM and thus determine the level of satisfaction of students towards the infrastructure on e-commerce in UUM. A total number of 100 respondents participated in this research and the data was analysed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the findings indicated that the advancement of infrastructure, the secure on the server and the connectivity of the infrastructure with e-commerce will significant affect towards the students ’satisfaction. It was recommended to the authorities in UUM to improve the infrastructure of e-commerce, such as Wi-Fi, server, system used by UPC and so on to achieve continuous improvement.
