A survey was conducted and the administered questionnaire involves 50 respondents from UUM. The data were collected directly from online questionnaire survey, in which students of UUM answered the questions about their understanding of IR 4.0 against the knowledge of revolution and teaching in class. The perception of students towards the revolution can be obtained and analyzed using descriptive data of SPSS. The result shows that the understanding about the revolution and the teaching in class is good. Industry 4.0 is already here and Malaysia is at the onset of adopting the newer innovative technologies into our higher education ecosystem.
