Abstract

The effective infrastructure in e-commerce enables sector e-commerce can bring convenience to the consumer in daily life but also causing a few unexpected problems to occur in the process at the same time. To overcome the problem, the management needs to make sure the organization or own business aware of the abilities of the internet and have the information and technology that can enable to support the e-commerce. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of UUM infrastructure for e- commerce and to identify the level of customer satisfaction surrounding e-commerce infrastructure. Total of 100 respondents participated in this study and the data analyzed in this study by using SPSS. The findings showed that overall the respondents agree with the statement of effectiveness of UUM infrastructure for e-commerce although there are respondents show some hesitations of security of the website of e-commerce.
