Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between the dimensions of service quality and student satisfaction toward inasis Kachi service and facilities provided such as bus transportation, cafeterias, accommodation, and sport facilities. The variables tested in this research are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility. The type of research approach adopted is quantitative approach. The sample size of this research was 350 undergraduate students in UUM who stay in inasis Kachi and all the data collected was analyzed by using SPSS version 25.0. The data collection for this research was gathered through a survey. The results show that reliability, responsiveness and tangibility have significant effect on the student satisfaction. Future researches are recommended to select respondents from final year students who stay in inasis Kachi, expand the scope of location to include other universities in Malaysia and more service quality variables can be included.
