Abstract
This study aims to examine the level of Halal Orientation Strategy (HOS) adoption and to understand how HOS gives competitive advantage in the food industry. The study design uses a qualitative research method. The data is collected through an interview with a food company in Kedah. This study will bring significant implications to the food industry to know how HOS could relate to competitive advantage.
