Abstract

The Master of Science in Technopreneurship is a smart-partnership initiative between UUM and MARA since December 2004. The main objective of this program is to develop world class graduate technopreneurs. To date, 37 participants have become technopreneurs through this program, while 11 are in training at the UUM CAS Technopreneur Incubation center. Four of the technopreneurs have achived MSC status and the rest are owners of private limited companies and enterprises in ICT field. The first cohort of technopreneurs graduates have achieved a total sales exceeding RM6 million within the first year of their graduation.
