Abstract
The literature suggests relationship exists between organizational culture and innovation activities in organizations. The review of the small business literature, however, reveals limited research attention has addressed this issue in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in the Malaysian context. This study uses data collected from 48 SMEs to examine the relationship between organizational culture and innovation. The results of the study indicate significant positive relationships between organizational culture and innovation activity of the 48 SMEs as measured in terms of improved services and new services.
