Abstract
UNIVERSITI Utara Malaysia (UUM) has a vision to become an eminent management university by creating quality future leaders in management.Back when UUM was established in 1984,Tun Mahathir forecasted the sustainability of world-class scientists as directly dependent on professional managers, which is why he established UUM.
