Dalam berjual beli, hendaklah terlebih dahulu dipastikan barang yang mahu dijual itu memang sudah ada dalam pemilikan penjual.Ia bagi mengelakkan gharar (ketidakpastian).Sekiranya barangan belum ada maka jual beli tersebut tidak sah.
