Abstract
The purpose of this study is to review the practice of green supply chain management that can contribute to sustainable performance.Green supply chain management (GSCM) has been gaining in interest among researchers and practitioners of supply chain management, operations and logistics, especially over the past decade.The concept of green supply chain management has been observed as a recent and novel managerial principle.Green supply chain management (GSCM) is an environmental concept that is gaining popularity in the world.Within the broad concept of green supply chain management, a review of the existing literature has highlighted a new understanding about the practice of Green supply chain management that can contribute to sustainable performance.From the extensive literature review, a new theoretical framework will be developed for the future research.
