This article reviewed reproductive behavior reflecting the perceived reproductive rights of Muslims in the southernmost border provinces of Thailand by survey of reproductive behavior of people in the southernmost border provinces of Thailand. The samples were interviewed by a questionnaire and in-depth interviews to study the situation of the right to reproductive health among Muslims. The study found that Muslims were limited access to reproductive health and reproductive rights. Importantly, they should recognize and aware their own health care practice. Moreover, lack of public services was such as facilities equipment and services, It may be because obtaining information channel, communicating the local Malays language in everyday life. Communication gaps between doctors, nurses and patients were obstacle to be interpreted as part of the main Islamic in the reproductive health rights of Muslims.Therefore, most Muslims may not access reproductive rights.
