Abstract

The originality of this study is mainly in terms of the identification of the dimension in entrepreneurial quality in graduate entrepreneur context which is less in receiving attention in the previous studies.A qualitative study was conducted to identify the entrepreneurial quality among graduate entrepreneurs.Seven semi-structure interviews were conducted with successful graduate entrepreneurs.The findings of the study indicated that there are seven dimensions of entrepreneurial quality among graduate entrepreneurs.Finally it is hoped that by the presence of this study, there will more successful graduate entrepreneurs in the future.
