Abstract

THE Pas machinery's over-reliance on the late Tan Sri Azizan Abdul Razak's popularity to retain the Sungai Limau state seat could be an indication that the party is suffering from a crisis of confidence.Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) political analyst Associate Prof Dr Mohd Azizuddin Mohd Sani said although Pas was denying this, it was evident that the party was riding on the former Kedah Menteri besar's fame to retain the seat.
