Abstract

PAS' decision to implement hudud in Kelantan is a gim­mick to appease some quarters, said a political analyst. Universiti Utara Malaysia's School of International Studies dean Associate Professor Dr Mohd Azizuddin Mohd Sani said the move was just to please some quar­ters in Kelantan.
