Abstract

World practices different administrative systems.There are absolute monarchy, constitutional monarchy, republic, presidency, one party system. Most of the Asian countries practicing administrative system that were adapted from their former western colonials during the 16 and 17 centuries. Malaysia and Thailand, for instance, have practicing similar-like British Constitutional Monarchy.Indonesia and the Philippines customised Presidency administrative system use by American, Dutch and Spanish. Malaysia has sustained her Monarch whereby the Seri Paduka Yang DiPertuan Agong or the King is the supreme head for the state. This article focuses the findings of study on literacy level of university’s students on Constitutional Monarchy administrative system.Methodology utilizes was survey technique –self-administered questionnaire instrument. The instrument comprises of 38 items and was distributed to 347 student-respondents and later the findings were analysed using SPSS version 16.The study reveals the literacy rate and belief level amongst students toward Constitutional Monarchy system in the country are high.This notion shall be pondered as an indicator to uphold the existing system across time, continents, population age and ethnicity.
