Abstract

Innovation postage is an application of information, system or data that are related to shipment in deriving higher customer satisfaction. Therefore, new services are required to replace the existing requirement for improvement in postage industry.Through some resources, there are several issues identify in postage service such as quality service, costing, training personal, and new information technology.In the light of improving the customer satisfaction in the postage sector, the research aims to look into the effectiveness of Global Positioning System tracking on website online tracking system, examine the effectiveness of Global Positioning System tracker on shipment information, and investigate the effectiveness of Global Positioning System tracker to the latest data accuracy of shipment information that can influence the customer satisfaction. This research focuses on DHL Company in Malacca for the study.
