Abstract

福利部在儿竜性侵案中扮演着保护人的角 色，福利部儿童保护员西蒂莎拉(Siti Sarah) 指出：“一般h案件发生后，法庭会发出3个 月的临时保护令，把儿童安置在非政府组织的 庇护所或福利部收容所，我们必须在时限内进 行调查，以决定儿童是否适合回到原生家庭， 最终由法庭决定该儿童是获得3年的保护令， 即被安置在福利部收容所，或者必须回家。”
