Abstract

Work life balance is very important for individuals to ensure a sense of balance of achievement and pleasure in their life.In the context of working while studying, there are certain important aspects that need to be taken seriously so that both can be done well.Realizing the facts, this study was conducted to examine the most influencing factor that affects work life balance.Therefore there factors namely stress, workload, and time management were tested using appropriate research procedure.Primary data obtained from part time postgraduate student performance at public universities in Malaysia. The multiples regression test was carried to seek the accurate results.It is hoped that the findings of the study can enrich the understanding and become a vital reference to the performance of part-time working students.
