Abstract
The Malaysian Retailer-Chains Association recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary amidst awards and a glamorous banquet. Themed "20 Years of Aspiration", the event celebrated and recognised the contributions of its esteemed members who have achieved outstanding business growth and contributed towards the retail-chains industry. Amidst the pomp and ceremony, PILLARS caught up with some of these entrepreneurs to sneak a peek into what 2012 has meant to them and their sentiments on being an integral part of MRCA.
