Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) to study the strategic resources of accommodation business in tourism southern provinces, and (2) to analyze the measurement model of strategic resources of accommnodation business in tourism southern provinces-Krabi, Phangnga, Phuket, Songkhla, and Surat Thani.The population was 855 accommodation businesses in Tourism Southern Provinces.As for the samples for this section, 463 cases-administrators, entrepreneurs, or associate in organizing accommodation.The data was collected by questionnaire.For analysis sector applied confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).The result of the study found that the strategic resources of accommodation business in tourism southern provinces are: I) entrepreneurship, 2) organizational learning, 3)innovativeness, and 4) market orientation.The measurement model of strategic resources which has consistency with empirical study is at generally acceptable (x2=92.30, p<.001, df=30, RMSEA-0.067, CFI=0.99 1. SRMRz0.029).
