Abstract

The debate over the effect of globalisation and its effect on diversity especially, workforce diversity, is important in this contemporary moment.Globalisation can mean many things to different people.The writer intends to address the issue of globalisation by focusing primarily on its impact on workforce diversity.Globalisation involves human mobility i.e. more and more people moving from place to place, e.g. migrants seeking new homes and forengn workers seeking new employment opportunitites in other countries., albeit the latter is usually for a short term only.With this respect, the writer intends to explore the impact of international migration on host country and on this aspect, a case study on Malaysia will be done.
