Abstract

In this study, we focus on the practice of Malaysian private kindergarten business, because this business is not only related to money making, but also social and national well-being aspects. The private kindergarten business need to ensure early-growing childrens' total solution, such as; healthy food, healthcare aid, infrastructure including with security, beneficial communication system with parents for on-time updated information, nursing-minded human resource skills, and entertainment facilities. Thereby, parents become satisfied and loyal, that can co-create value for individual and collective perspective. However, it is true that, the Malaysian private kindergarten business is far from that philosophy. Therefore, they need to change their business viewpoint as a way of servitization practice. In this Research, we aim to develop a servitized kindergarten business model, which will provide a perfect clarification to traditional view-based kindergarten of transforming its business structure as a total value package providing-oriented, thereby being able to sustain its business vis-a-vis signify itself as a well-being outcomes related solution provider.
