Abstract

Economic turbulence naturally projected fluctuation in any scale of business. Unquestionably, it hits the SME-based company harder than the rest. It is natural for an entrepreneur to do what they can to ensure their company remains operationally sustainable in any crisis. However, to remain dynamic, the entrepreneur must work on their psychological and physiological synergy especially when they need to make a critical decision. This case study focuses on how we can evaluate the act of making a critical decision based on its risk of conflating an entrepreneur's psychological hazard.
