Abstract
The process of collecting, transporting, processing, recycling, or disposing of waste items, as well as monitoring the status of these things, is referred to as waste management. It is a widely held belief that the production of waste, the subsequent collection of that waste, and the ultimate disposal of that waste are all essential components of the system that is used to manage waste. The qualitative method was implemented which is conducting the interview session to gather the data on waste management. A total of three respondents that have a background of waste management have been interviewed. The Political, Economy, Social and Technology (PEST) analysis was used to analyse the aspects that influence critical success factors (CSFs). The Theory of Waste Management on conceptual explanation helps to clearer the topic. As a result, eight factors has been highlighted as CSFs of waste management service.
