Abstract

Penetration testing, ethical hacking, and white hat hacking are all synonymous terms used to describe the activity of identifying and fixing flaws in a system. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current research on penetration testing in the context of mobile cloud computing. The study conducts a systematic literature review to gain insights into various approaches, tools, and best practices used in penetration testing for mobile cloud computing applications. The study also highlights the challenges and limitations in the field and proposes recommendations for future research. The insights gained from this study are valuable for researchers, practitioners, and students interested in mobile cloud computing security and penetration testing. Ultimately, this study contributes to the development of secure and reliable mobile cloud computing systems
