KUALA LUMPUR : Negara perlu mempunyai satu badan profesional bagi mengawal penganugerahan gelaran profesor dan doktor falsafah untuk mengelak disalah gunakan segelintir pihak yang menyamar sebagai profesor bagi menjalankan aktiviti penipuan.
