Abstract

KUALA LUMPUR: Getting people to toe the line through draconian laws only reflect the country's failure in inculcating loyalty and patriotism in its citizens.Moreover, times have changed with people clamouring for their voice and views to be heard and their rights respected. Thus, many believe there is no place for laws that coerce people into submission.
