The aim of this research was of study the perceptions of teacher of mahtematics and science in english (ETEMS) towards supervision of classroom teaching and its relationships with work culture and work attitudes. Respondents were 138 ETEMS teachers from 16 schools in the Kulim Bandar Baharu district. Findings showed that ETEMS teachers' perceptions towards supervision process dimension and supervision feedback dimension were also found to be moderate and positive. Mean scores for both ETEMS teachers' work culture and work attitude were similar,indicating a positive work culture as well as work attitude. There were positive and significant relationships between the supervision process dimesion and feedback dimension with work culture.A significant and positive relationship also existed between the supervision prosess dimension and work attitude. However, only the supervision process dimension emerged as a significant predictor of work culture.
