Abstract

Gifts (hibah) is one act of giving by giver to receiver made on the basis of love. Reality implementation of Hibah in Malaysia received and is growing rapidly. This is evidenced by the existence of commercial companies that offer hibah writing services, provision and problem solving that exist in almost every state. Documentation aspects of major importance in avoiding disputes over inheritance after the death of giver. Procedure of preparation as an element of hibah documentation in terms of format, content and design of hibah. This paper focuses on the practice of hibah at As-Salihin Trustee Berhad as examples of companies that offer hibah as products. Documentation As-Salihin Pre-Hibah is subject to discuss including conditions and significant of hibah as an important instrument in the Islamic asset management.
