Dr. Engku has been with UUM since 1991. He has conducted several research method workshops particularly for Ministry of Higher Education, UUM and UiTM staff in Malaysia, Hatyai University and NIDA Bangkok, as well as Unisba, Unsyiah Kuala and UNPAD Bandung, Indonesia. He has also conducted workshops on various applications of quantitative techniques for many organizations such as INTAN, Ministry of Defense, Institute of Medical Research, Town Planning Council, MOHE and INTEL.
