Abstract
The operations of unloading in Vermillion Autohaus Honda 3S centre Keningau, Sabah generate negative impacts, especially traffic restrictions; increased risk over other vehicles and pedestrians; conflicts between passenger and obstructions to traffic. In order to reduce such impacts, solutions should be investigated and implemented. In this paper, we identifying solutions for car deliveries in Vermillion Autohaus Honda 3s centre in Keningau, Sabah. For this purpose, we conducted a survey was to identify type of defect in cars, identify main safety issues in delivering cars to Vermillion Autohaus Honda 3S centre and identify solutions to the safety issues in delivering cars to Vermillion Autohaus Honda 3S centre. There are two method involved in conduct this study. First is interviewing the operation manager and carrier driver regarding safety issues and solutions for safety issues in delivering cars. Second method is by site visit during delivery the car from KK Giga cart terminal to Vermillion Autohaus Honda 3S centre Keningau.The results show the possible solutions to deliver the cars without any defect and improve car unloading process with minimum risk.
